I've been running a Be Cool in my car for years and I'm very happy with it. As Joe mentioned above I think the biggest shortcoming is the stock fan setup. My stock dual fan setup still allows my car to get too hot in stop and go traffic. As soon as I get any kind of airflow from the car moving again the temps drop like a rock. You may want to bite the bullet and get a good fan setup along with the radiator.
