Its amazing how people can like a car with a different nose, but then hate it with another...yet be exactly the same in every single other respect?
Anyway, if this car comes, it wont be sold to Police agencies. It wont have any fleet unless Police want to pay retail for one.
Caprice will probably sell 30-40k a year. Impala will continue to be the full size volume seller/fleet queen.
