aren't you the one who wants to legalize mj? there is no safe high IMO
the one time i used a PBA card it was taken away then given back by the officer who gave it to me. actually one guy threw it back at me and said this won't do you any good. i don't particularly like that guy. maybe one or two others handed it back to me now that i think of it.
