I think the A-Hole was trying to jump off of a high spot and hit the water, but landed short of the water and caught the edge of the concrete ledge at the bottom. There were other swimmers in the water, so they must have taken the jump and made it! Wonder if he lived through that? Sounds like he was in India or something like that the way the doctors were talking.
