Those appear to be designed to use a standard halogen H7 bulb - not for HIDs. This is far from the ideal way to do an HID conversion, as the halogen bulb and HID bulb distribute light in very different patterns. To properly run an HID bulb, you should use a housing or projector designed for use with an HID bulb.

I have already spoken with Matt about this, and he is looking to see what types of housings he has available for use with their HID kits.
