I used high temp engine paint on them. They have about 5 coats on them. I tried clearing them, but it was too humid yesterday. I don't really care if they flake or not, becasue they are the winter rims, but I'm gonna drive around on them for a few days because I think they look pretty cool. Here's a better picture...they are pretty dark
