Sorry just saw this. I've never heard of that brand before. The fact that they advertise it for fleet vehicles makes me believe it's probably junk. If you want something cheap look into either the DuPont Chroma system or the PPG Omni. Or you can try ProSpray....I've had limited exposure to their stuff and it's not bad.

Try to get your base to lay out as nice as possible then use numerous coats of clear so you have lots to finesse out if need be. 5 or 6 coats with plenty of flash time between.
