If they decide to go through insurance there isn't a snowball's chance in hell he'll get NOS parts...LKQ or aftermarket parts only unless he wants to pay out of pocket for the difference.
19iroc88-If you have time to pop the bumper off then do so. If you're expecting this lady to pay out of pocket for the repairs then you need to get all of the costs up front or else she's going to think something is fishy, especially if you're planning on doing the repairs yourself.
Do you have any pics of the damage?
