I agree with Rich however you can pick up a good glaze and pad to work with it yourself. I wouldn't let swirl marks, especially on a black car, steer me away from buying it. Hell, you get swirl marks on black/dark cars just from washing them enough times between waxes, it's inevitable on dark cars.
