i understand there is pride in your dojo. if someone came in off the street to challenge, then of course give them the beat down. i don't know if they knew the guy was crackers, but the answer to the question "who was your master?" was given as "jesus christ" should have provided them with enough info to just kick the guy out.

they claim that the guy was a nuisance in the shopping center. killing him is not justified by that. nor is killing him because he challenged your dojo. the guy is obviously a few sammiches short of a pic-a-nic, and as was stated before, where is the "SPORT" in that?

most people know better than to walk in off the street and challenge a dojo. this guy didn't. did he deserve to die? no. were they (the "marine" and the dojo owner) guilty of murder? no, but the guy later died from his injuries, so you have to convict on that fact alone. they could have called the police. they could have called an ambulance after the beat down. hell, they could have done something (how many people were in the room?) but no one did anything after he was down and beaten some more.

i say yes, they should be sought and brought to justice.
