Nah, I graduated in may so I don't have to deal with State College construction noise any more, just gotta deal with unemployment
It was one of the neighbors who, for one reason or another, decided to cut grass sometime before 8...
When I lived on campus construction started at 8am, promptly, almost every day... I hated those construction people. They were right outside my uninsulated window too.
