I'd say a cat but if he's anything like mine he's not quiet. Orange Tabby's are known for being loud...he never shuts up and when he jumps down onto the floor he's about as graceful as an ox drunk off a 5th of vodka 
He's an awesome little guy though...look into rescuing a cat or something.
