Don't go with the Derale pan, its a pos, you can have the one that's sitting on my 4l65e.
For a shift kit go with transgo, the trans in my car has a transgo shift kit, and it has seen 200+ passes.
I would go with TCI pan, we could get you both the shift kit and pan, I'll get you prices on them tomorrow.
