Stay away from sugar(its ok to take some in after you train though), pasta, white bread(or any for that matter).
Eat: Brown/ Wild Rice, Frozen or Fresh veggies, any lean protein (Fish,lean beef, Poultry), Sweet Pot. instead of Baked. Egg Whites w/ a yoke or 2. Protein Shakes are good but theres no substitute for whole food...Breakfast should be your largest meal. Take about 5 grams of creatine in before you lift...No need for a multi you get more then enough Vitamins through your diet. Always eat a complete meal...but especially make sure it always has protein in it. 99% of those protien bars are loaded w/ sugar, back in the day i did like the pure protein bars I believe from worldwide. Like posted above try to have your post workout shake within a 1/2 window of training( try for the 4/1 like wildbillyt said) and like LS1 4Good said eat a full meal about an hour after your post workout shake.
