IF there were in fact real lanes which you describe (literal white lines on the road) you should be gold. If it was simply a doubly wide road that everyone treats as two lanes.. then you're SoL

BINGOOOO!!! this is what I was looking for, awesome info. Yes there are two actual lanes to travel threw. I will most definitely print off what you just posted, and that along with pictures should be great for court. If you are anywhere near sussex county I def owe you a cold one, and yes I am almost 25 so I can haha..thanks again
