has a lot to do with options, mileage, and rust/rot. 3rd gens are notorious for rot. If you are interested in all in the car, check it thoroughly for rot. Check the floors, radiator support, front and wheel wells, rear bumper frame area, door jams, pretty much everywhere. The car would be pretty much worthless if the floors are rotted out.

2k tops with the little info you provided, thats assuming no rust/rot and reasonable mileage
