well maybe its time for some good old discrimination. if they call it discrimination then i wouldnt mind putting a vinyl magnet sticker on the back of my car denoting that im an Experienced driver.
that way everyone has a sticker, old, young and in between. i think maybe even stickers for drivers that have had a dui/dwi as well
