even if it was a violation it would be the 1.00 or whatever the amount is. i went through one time without the ezpass by accident and a ticket came in the mail for some absurd amount of money but at the bottom it states that if someone has an account with EZpass you can just add the 1.00 to that account rather than pay up the butt for the ticket
