lol i went to a dealer to try to pick up a cheap beater once and they wanted 1200 for the car and in the paperwork it said 800 for the car and 400 for dealers fees.....i told em fine ill pay the 800 and bring a trailer and do the paperwork myself....they said ''no deal, for
liability 
purposes only they must insure and register every car before leaving the lot.
