This a used 403 motor that has been built and reassembled by WCCH. It has new rod and main bearings. The specs are:

2003 6.0L iron block, taken .005 over, bore is 4.005"
Callies Dragonslayer 4" stroker crank
Calles Compstar rods
Wiseco 16cc dish pistons
ARP rod bolts
ARP main studs

All of the parts had 5k miles on them. The rods and mains had extreemly minor wear so they were replaced.
