Worse comes to worse, and Mastercard wont refund it, take the site to small claims. As odd as it sounds, I'm 99% certain they would drop the restocking fee, pay for the shipping AND the court papers. Watched a guy overdraft on his bank account purposely, accumulated $100 in overdraft, and had like $300 in overdraft fee's. Filed a small claims for it, bank called him a few days later and dropped the fee's and payed for his small claims fee's because it's cheaper to drop all that crap instead of sending a lawyer, wasting time to come out to court, and still have to pay court fee's afterwards.
