To me, the most important and relevant facts are that they:

1) sent me emails about parts being unavailable, and parts price changes, but not that the part I requested does not match my VIN.

2) sent me an order verification and a charge receipt for the part number I ordered, but sent a different part number.

Regardless of their policy, if you deal with me my "policy" is you treat me fairly, or you will lose business due to word of mouth over forums like this.

The real slap in the face is they will take no responsability for either restocking fee or return shipping. They blame GM for both expenses that they "have" to pass on to me. I guess that validates that I "have" to ask Mastercard for a charge back, and I "have" to post about this mess on every forum I can. The word "karma" comes to mind.....


Go figure.
