Have you talked to a lawyer or read the labor laws? If you were forced to quit due to extreme circumstances you might still be able to collect. I don't know NJ law but it's worth checking into. If you can prove they were paying you less than your hours worked and deducted $$ for insurance benefits you never received I'd say that's extreme....then again I'm not a lawyer(I have a soul )
