You heard my 396 with the normal Summit turbo mufflers and it had a nice rumble at idle but was not bad at all while cruising on the highway at speed. Tailpipes might make a big difference, but I thought the Summit mufflers were Dynomax blems so they should be similar. Don't judge without tailpipes though.
