population control or not, people died, are hurt, and are homeless...how can you possibly make jokes out of that.

and what bothers me even more is the united states donated a total of 100 million to relief funds, and the rest of the entire world donated 38 million..and here we are in the middle of an economic crisis and we are solving peoples problems but cant solve our own.
