Sure, but if thats the cause, if it's your fault, it's under violation regardless, you should recieve a ticket no matter what, is that what your saying? so it's 3a.m. and their bulb goes out, well its ticket time because it was their fault they left home earlier without individually testing their bulbs, stupid them
