Ok. Why replace the metal lines back to the trans? Flare them, add screw on barb fittings and you're good. No? Works great on my PS line. I've done it before on trans lines.


I had to use the adapter in the middle because the hardware store did not have a barb fitting with a female end.

Or flare them and couple in new metal lines if you want. Fab them up.

I'm actually surprised the comp fitting did not work. Maybe the line line was tweaked or something. Did you order that kit? You need to find the local hardware store, they carry all that stuff, probably cheaper.
