if they did not prep your bumper right then it should in theroy be easyer to remove the paint when sanding...

What they did with my bumper was just rough up the paint that was bad already and spray directly over it which was sure a ****y way to do it (well on a bumper) becasue not only did it peal and fade but cracked which left an uneven surface thats why i had to sand the bumper down so much and prime and sand servarly times before i could seal the bumper to get a nice and even surface to paint.
