you're not putting down any kind of crazy numbers that a properly built 4L60 shouldnt be able to handle, if you were talking a car with 500 to the wheels with a 200-300 shot on it that would be a different story. has the car been dynoed? make sure you provide who ever does your stall with all of the info on your setup to make sure you get the proper stall speed
