I got a Citi card for students when I was a freshman. Its funny you posted this because I just got an offer in my email to refer some friends. If you send me your email I can send you the referral. I started out with like a $900 balance with this card and a 13.45% apr and it has actually went down a little bit. You get pretty good perks for being a student and the rewards points are decent.
