What they did to me was, I kept making payment and they kept posting them to some other account. so finally one day my phone was shut off. I go why is my phone shut off when i paid you guys? they go we have no record of you paying. I'm like where did all my money go? They refused to believe that I did indeed pay them. So I just switched phone carriers, and I lost my number that I had for 10 years in the process.
So I went to sprint for a year.
Then they started having collection agencies call me looking to get me to pay the money I owed them, which i already paid. So I sent them the proof of all the payments I made to them. They apologized finally and they gave me this Motorola phone for free and reduced the plan price. Well now this phone keeps acting up.
