They apologized finally and they gave me this Motorola phone for free and reduced the plan price. Well now this phone keeps acting up.

Get a casio gzone phone. Thing is badass. Had one in the ocean 3 times, in sand, dropped, thrown, the whole 9. Didnt die after a year of the abused the software started going wacky and they replaced it for free. No probs for another year.
