Simple, VW AG is not a trademark that people recognize when they buy a Porsche, Audi or VW. Yes, the money goes to VW, but Porsche trademark is a whole separate entity.

I'll admit, when I made this thread it was for fun, mostly, and to see how Bi Gal would fly off his handle, again, and get his panties all twisted up. Now it is generally amusing, because he is clueless about trademarks and fails to see that certain trademarks might not be recognized everywhere.
For example the largest trademark in Russia is:
It's as well know as NY Yankees (their logo) in US. Easily recognizable, seen every where - yet, I bet without Googling and looking at the URL most people here would not have ANY idea what this trademark is, or what company it belongs to.
