My wife took my 99 suburban to NJ inspection on rt 70 lakewood .It failed because the hood didnt pop open . All you have to do is touch it after pulling the release ( typical chevy ). But that wasnt good enough . When my wife and kids pulled up to my house ,,the hood was open and flopping around .
Im glad the safety catch works at 50mph !!
When she took it back they said " You failed for what ?? hmm " Ok and put a sticker on it WITHOUT even checking it again ! WTF ??
