nope, actually the waiver is an insurance liability waiver.. in case someone gets hurt we are not liable

there's really not much else to post here.. had you broken
before you made a run and did not make a mess you would have gotten a partial rain check, not a refund because we do not give refunds under any circumstances, but are more than happy to give rain checks good towards your next entry.. that is clearly written at the front gate where it says "no cash refunds."
However, since there was a cleanup involved, even if it was not on the track it still costs money to clean up, ESPECIALLY if its an oil/antifreeze mix, by which we can not dispose of in our usual oil bins

it's a nice thought, and would keep people more accountable for their cars, but unfortunately until other tracks start doing it we can't.. i believe the time is coming where there may be a refundable deposit system though
