No but people who drive on the roads know the risk of driving and its sad to say it but street racing is one of those risks! I see at least 1 street race a day! Automobile accidents are an assumed risk, that's for sure. Being hit at 100+ or dealing with somebody flying by at that speed is not generally assumed.
