Please. I dd a 3rd gen for over 6 years and drove it on nice days for another 4. And it was faster than yours
With the 5th gen I'm going by actual owner comments. I see a nice malibu in your driveway. Where are you gleaning all this 1st hand 5th gen experience from, a few ride+drives and sitting in a parked one? I've done that too.
