*When was the last time you change your spark plugs?

*Last time you ran fuel system treatment through your tank?

*Has the timing been change on your car since factory? If so advance the timing this should help the HC count.

*Oxygen sensors running good? maybe causing the car to run rich.

* does your car get to normal operating temp? if not you may have a lower temp rating thermostat causing the car to stay in open lope longer causing the car to run to rich.

*Overall HC is to much fuel or misfire causing unburnt fuel.

*Also give the car a few hard Wide open throttle runs while driving clean the car out doesnt hurt.

*also possible your cats are bad. thunderbolt racing has cats for $40 each will get you to pass.

*air filter is clean?

* any vacuum leaks? this also can cause high HC

* head gasket leak?
