You're prolly not going fast enough for them to care. Once you need a license (9.99 or faster) and going for car, cage, and saftey equiptment certs. Thats when they go over everything with a fine tooth comb. Most of the time they just give stuff a glance. At least that is what I've noticed over the years.
Tho when I was at island and cecil earlier this year they check my helmet and car over. Oh and asked the proverbial question how fast the vert goes... The usual answer is 13.50
