The stupid drink is obviously a dangerous combination, that's why it's being banned. Anybody can combine their own ingredients to make something similar but that means you are actually mixing it yourself. This stuff is already mixed and you have no control over the ratio of the ingredients. You can't compare Red Bull and Vodka to 4 Loko. heck, the stupid "energy" drinks should be banned as well, there's nothing beneficial to putting that much caffeine into your system all at one time.
