O.P.:
I would just look for a set of 1 3/4" shorty headers by Edelbrock,JBA,Slp, doesn't really matter as long as they are a quality header and won't crack. you can then flip them so facing foward, I do not suggest building your own cuz they take up quite amount of time to do correctly.
you can either cut flanges off and weld vband flanges or you can weld a 3bolt flange to the 2 1/2" pipe you are connecting it to w/ t3/t4 flange on end.
Take you time,mount the turbos where you want them located & them work your way back to the headers
