alright guys you tell me what this is then:
On Wed. the day before thanksgiving, my brother and i took a little ride to the BRidgewater Commons Mall. Their are two major highways that intersect there, Rt 22 and Rt 202/206. I saw five cop cars from the highway to best buy, all five of them had someone pulled over, in seperate locations; it was not a major bust of a group or anything. After we left best buy twenty minutes later, we saw the same five cop cars with five more totally different cars pulled over with tickets being written out to them.
