Since this is a picnic, please let us know what you can bring to contribute. We'll need anything you can think of to hold a picnic - charcoal, grill utensils, condiments, burgers / dogs, buns, drinks, coolers & ice, salads, chips, plates, cups, napkins, etc.
For anyone that posts up saying 'maybe', please try to update your status a few days before the meet if possible. We need to plan the BBQ properly.
