There was incident the other day on the radio. About a kid on his provisional who was hit by a drunk drive he was still able to drive. He was able to chase him down do the pit manuver and disabled the vehicle. And called the cops. Turns out the guy was triple the limit. Was this kid right for doing that? I don't think he should have done that. That's why cops are cops and are trainned to do that, leave it to them it's their job
Back on topic you def did the right thing. If you didn't call the cops and he hit the bird, you were gonna bet you called them. So don't feel guilty.
