Seems like six flags is always hiring. Not a dream job, but they could probably find something for her to do. Kinda close to where you're going to be, but she might be disappointed by the pay depending on the position.
There's an abundance of restaurants around the Freehold Mall too, she'd make well over $9/hr on a busy night waiting tables. As far as an entry-level jobs, waitress will probably pay the best.
