It's the normal Technipolish finish on the wheel face which is essentially a clear coated machine finish, while the lips are normal polished lips.
As for form over function, I agree usually. The Camaro will always be about function. But i still appreciate a low car. It's the hot rodder side of me. Having driven in a car so low before, the looks of confusion it gets are amazing. I can't wait to find a mid 90s Caprice/Impala on air ride and throw sparks down the street. This is what its all about
