I actually have the dashhawk on record each time someone has the car. It records peak rpm, 0-60, coolant temp, etc.

Yea, things happen and its not like I don't beat on the gas every now and again. Just prefer it be done by myself since I pay for it lol. Guarantee if they broke it, they would blame it on my bolt-ons...

Though we do have some customers with cars other than Buicks(some are performance vehicles), I'd never even dream of doing that myself or letting my techs abuse a car. In this business trust is everything, with so much competition out there that's a sure fire way to lose a customer for life.

This was at a buick/gmc dealership but can't speak for the age of the techs. I don't know if it was a tech or just a car wash jockey. The car was spotless when I brought it in so it didn't need a wash.

Randy is my guy and this is why I go to the dealer. As I mentioned, I like the dealer a lot and I've never had a problem with them. Randy was not there when I picked the car up though. Again, rather not tarnish the name of the dealer since they handled things appropriately besides hiring the tool bag that likes to beat on customer cars.
