My 60 mph 2 stroke would surely lose. Don't remember how fast your turbo ski was but I don't feel putting mine on a trailer and drive across the state to go ride in some boring flatwater  . Come over by Jen's parents house and I'll race you for free lunch though 
[edit] I'm hoping to have my first round of mods in by this winter but I probably still won't beat you
