Just install the SFC loosely, then lower the car to all four wheels down, and on a level surface, tighten up the SFC.

LCA will need the body supported and then use a jack under the rear to support it when you you drop each LCA.

I run my three way shocks at 50/50 with stock springs
SFC are the weld in joints. kinda hard to install loose lol
