If you're running a wet kit, I think its a must, or you can run a NANO. Bottle pressure will dictate your A/F ratio. If you're tuned to run at lets say 1000 psi and on a cool day your bottle pressure is at 800 then you will be running rich leaving alot of power on the table and potentially hurt the motor. If its a dry kit then it will just help you get the most of what ever you're jetted for.
